- Handling merchant communications and resolving issues related to order management and merchant education outreach
- Handle content moderation related tasks in an effective, efficient and timely manner
- Handle supporting tasks in ensuring a healthy and safe online platform environment as well as responding to customer comments and/or inquiries in a manner that the situation/concern is understood
- Work with other departments or third party in resolving customer's or merchant's inquiries or issues
- Work closely with other team members to resolve any challenging issues encountered
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed
- Fresh graduate or at least 1 year of relevant work experience in a fast paced environment (tech companies, e-commerce)
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills (fluency in English is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- High energy level and proactive attitude
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast changing environment
